The rules for using DG Reach accounts, APIs, messaging routes, and operational services.

These Terms of Service govern access to corvantatech.com, DG Reach accounts, messaging tools, APIs, route services, and support supplied by DGSM INC ("DG Reach", "we", "us"). By using the service or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate information, protect all passwords and API keys, and promptly report suspected compromise. Registration may use an email address or mobile number. If you use DG Reach for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it and are responsible for all activity in its workspace.
Acceptable messaging
You may send only lawful messages to recipients who have provided any consent required by applicable law, carrier rules, and industry codes. You must identify the sender where required, honour opt-outs promptly, and maintain evidence of consent. Spam, phishing, fraud, unlawful surveillance, harmful content, deceptive traffic, number pumping, and attempts to evade filtering or registration are prohibited.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for message content, recipient lists, campaign timing, sender identities, use-case declarations, and compliance in every origin and destination market. You must not submit sensitive personal data unless the intended use is lawful and appropriate safeguards are in place. Sandbox submissions are stored for testing but are not delivered to live carrier networks.
Routes, delivery, and changes
Messaging depends on carriers, aggregators, destination networks, regulators, devices, and recipients outside our control. Route availability, sender support, throughput, filtering, and delivery times may change. Acceptance by our platform does not guarantee delivery. We may reroute, throttle, reject, or suspend traffic to protect networks, recipients, service quality, or legal compliance.
Pricing and payment
Production charges are based on destination, network, sender type, message segments, route, registration, and agreed commercial terms. Unicode or long content can create multiple billable segments. Quotes may exclude taxes, carrier surcharges, registration fees, and third-party costs unless stated. You must maintain sufficient balance or approved credit and pay invoices when due.
API and security
API credentials are confidential and must remain in secure server-side systems. You may not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security and rate controls. We may revoke credentials or require rotation when compromise is suspected. You are responsible for securely validating webhook events and making integrations resilient to duplicate or delayed notifications.
Suspension and termination
We may investigate traffic and suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, material breach, prohibited traffic, inaccurate registration, carrier complaint, legal demand, or harm to the service. You may stop using the service at any time, but accrued payment, compliance, confidentiality, liability, and record-retention obligations continue where applicable.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
DG Reach software, interfaces, documentation, trademarks, and site content belong to us or our licensors. We grant a limited, revocable right to use them solely for the service. Each party must protect non-public technical, commercial, and customer information received from the other and use it only for the relationship, subject to lawful disclosure requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, lost profits, recipient claims caused by your content or consent practices, or failures outside our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the affected service during the three months before the event.
Law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to DGSM INC in the United States, without limiting mandatory rights that cannot be waived. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised date. Questions or legal notices may be sent to [email protected].
