How DG Reach handles account, support, API, and messaging information.

DGSM INC, operating DG Reach, controls personal information described in this policy for corvantatech.com, account registration, sales enquiries, support, and our messaging platform. Business customers separately control the message content and recipient data they submit; we process that data to provide the service.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as name, company, email, mobile number, password hash, legal acceptance, and communications consent. We collect enquiries, support correspondence, API-key metadata, sender-ID requests, configuration, billing records, and message telemetry including destination number, sender, content, references, encoding, segments, status, timestamps, route events, and cost.
Technical and usage data
When you use the site, console, or API, we may process IP address, browser or client type, device and operating-system data, request identifiers, authentication events, logs, error reports, approximate location, and activity needed to secure, operate, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the service.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, authenticate API requests, process message submissions, select and monitor routes, return delivery events, review sender identities, provide support, invoice customers, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal and carrier obligations, analyse service performance, and communicate operational changes.
Email and SMS communications
Registration records separate acceptance of our legal terms and consent to account, service, and business communications by SMS. Essential security and service notices may be sent where permitted independently of marketing consent. You may withdraw optional communications consent by using an offered opt-out or contacting support, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Service providers and network partners
We share only necessary information with hosting, security, analytics, customer-support, billing, communications, carrier, aggregator, registry, compliance, fraud-prevention, and professional-service providers. Message data must pass to relevant network partners to attempt delivery. Providers are subject to contractual, confidentiality, or legal duties appropriate to their role.
International transfers
Global messaging requires data to move through countries where recipients, carriers, infrastructure, and support teams operate. Where required, we use contractual and organisational safeguards for international transfers, while recognising that telecom metadata may also be retained under local network and legal requirements.
Retention
We retain account, consent, security, billing, sender-registration, message, delivery, and support records for periods needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet carrier and legal requirements, and maintain business records. Retention periods vary by record and market. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required.
Security and cookies
We use hashed passwords, signed secure cookies, access controls, credential hashing, network restrictions, validation, and operational monitoring. Our essential session cookie keeps users signed in; we do not require advertising cookies for the console. No internet or telecom service can guarantee absolute security, and customers must protect their systems and API keys.
Your rights and choices
Depending on location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a regulator. We may verify identity and retain information required for security, network integrity, legal claims, or compliance. If your data appears in a business customer's message traffic, contact that customer first as the relevant controller.
